By keeping our classes small, we ensure that every participant receives personalized attention and guidance. Our instructors are able to tailor the practice to individual needs, helping you progress safely and effectively.

 

Smaller groups also foster genuine connections—both with your instructor and with fellow participants. Whether you're here to deepen your practice, heal, or simply find a moment of calm, you'll experience a sense of belonging that turns each session into more than just a class—it becomes a community.

What We Offer

We provide a variety of practices designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking therapeutic relief, functional strength, or deep relaxation, our classes are tailored to meet your needs build strength and grace from the inside out.
 

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS

  • Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) Hypopressive Training: A comprehensive movement system that targets the core and pelvic floor muscles (coordinating and toning the muscles), restores posture and myofascial mobility and helps to improve breathing.

  • LoveYourBrain Yoga: A research-backed yoga program tailored for individuals affected by brain injury (including concussion), fostering resilience and connection.

  • Mantra and Kirtan: Experience the power of mantras and sacred sound to recharge, uplift, and heal the body, mind, and spirit.

 

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Our specialized yoga therapy classes and workshops are designed to address specific areas of the body and support healing. Some examples include:

  • Low Back Yoga Therapy: Targeted stretches and strengthening for lower back pain relief and improved mobility.

  • Upper Back and Neck Yoga Therapy: Release tension and restore balance in the upper back, shoulders, and neck.

  • Foot, Knee, and Hip Yoga Therapy: Build strength and flexibility in critical areas to support alignment and ease discomfort.

  • Total Reset: Reset to the nervous system, endocrine system and lymphatic system while aligning the muscular system and spine.

  • Functional Strength for Women: Build strength, confidence, and functional movement patterns in a supportive, empowering environment.

  • Align: A blend of Yoga and Low Pressure Fitness to align your body, mind, and heart. Cultivate strength and balance from the inside out while enhancing posture and improving overall mobility. 

 

GENTLE & RESTORATIVE PRACTICES

  • Gentle Yoga: An accessible practice that focuses on mindful movement and relaxation. Perfect for all levels.

  • iRest Yoga Nidra: An evidence-based, trauma-informed guided meditation practice that promotes deep rest and full-body wellness.
