Clean Living 2026 and Beyond

Why Detox Matters

In a world where our bodies face an ever-growing load of internal and environmental toxins, sustainable detoxification has become essential for vibrant health. Dr. Kirsten Mackey will guide you through a gentle, practical approach to detox—rooted in science, lifestyle awareness, and self-care. Learn why detox matters now more than ever and how to support your body’s natural systems with methods that are low, slow, and even enjoyable.

What You’ll Learn:

  • What toxins are—both endogenous (internal) and exogenous (external)—and how they disrupt the body’s balance.

  • How the body’s detox systems work to eliminate waste and maintain vitality.

  • The three principles of clean living:

    • Decrease toxic exposures

    • Prime detox pathways and organs

    • Gently release toxins from tissues

  • Everyday detox practices through lifestyle, nutrition, and supportive supplements.

  • A deeper detox exercise to integrate these principles and support long-term well-being.
